CurrentFor loan inquiries, contact me at: james.goldberg@citi.com or (212) 816-7335 • Originate, underwrite, and close fixed and floating rate mortgages for Citi’s CMBS and Balance Sheet lending programs. • Originated over $7 BN across 400+ transactions at Citi ($1.4 BN+ in 2019 & 2020, $1.7 BN in 2021)• Helped grow Citi's lending platform into the highest producing CMBS program in the Country• Manage client relationships comprised of real estate investors and brokers throughout the country• Structure financing solutions including fixed, floating, and mezzanine debt for all property types • Propose deal terms, draft term sheets, and negotiate loan documents with borrowers and counsel• Analyze the cash flows and credit quality of commercial real estate using Excel and Argus• Manage underwriting and due diligence to ensure transactions progress smoothly towards closing• Prepare asset summary reports and present transactions for approval by Citi’s Credit Committee• Asset manage properties on Citi’s balance sheet to ensure compliance with loan covenants• Travel extensively throughout the country to meet clients and perform site inspections
