I'm an optics researcher based in Abu Dhabi, leading a Quantum Communications team at the TII. We work on quantum networks, QKD and chip-scale devices. I like to build novel but practical solutions to interesting problems, and I'm always happy to start conversations based on these themes.Specialties: Experimental optics, integrated optics, nonlinear optics, femtosecond direct write, optical modeling, single photons, optical tweezing, scientific writing, data presentation and visualisation.
