For three weeks I volunteered in a non-profit organisation called Granby Toxteth Development Trust guiding and implementing a new IT system to help with file storage, sharing and collaboration. Directly conversing with all employees to find the best solution for the company, meaning an IT system that is easy to use for people with less IT knowledge while giving plenty of power to administrators. Using new skills learned in second year University I introduced and helped implement a business cloud service that suited their price needs and company needs.
