Supervised the purchase and rehabilitation of a 24 unit senior citizen apartment building with a daycare center. Involved in the preparation of the application for and receipt of a $490,000 grant from the City of Jersey City, New Jersey, and prepared applications for and negotiated the distribution of the periodic monetary draws from the construction financing.
