Prior to the introduction of Fashion Group, I was tasked with stabilising and growing the Australian operations of CELINE Asia Pacific. This included the establishment of all related processes and procedures to comply with Australian laws and best practice, and creating efficiencies to allow entry of other Fashion Group brands.

Joining the team just months after opening its first doors in Australia, it was my absolute pleasure to establish a team of eight Human Resources professionals as we grew our operations to over 13 retail locations across five cities in Australia.

Q Station Manly | The Sebel Manly Beach

Having previously operated without dedicated Human Resources support, this role allowed me the experience to introduce HR Best Practice across three hotels over 18 months. Upon acquisition of the Q Station Manly site, my role pivoted to take charge of fully integrating this unique heritage listed site into the Mirvac operations.

Due to the effects of the Global Financial Crisis this role equipped me with the skills to close and relocate two large-scale businesses to off-shore locations.Whilst in this role key focus was paid to the measurement of key performance indicators, performance counselling and employee coaching.

My first role in Human Resources allowed me the experience of opening the National Convention Centre following a $50 million government-funded refurbishment, followed shortly by the Parliament House's Catering Department.
