Subsequent to the Bostik acquisition of StarQuartz in January 2011, I was retained in my roll managing all ceramic tile urethane grout sales channels and customer relationships in 8 western states for StarQuartz Urethane Grout products - QuartzLock2, StarGlass, and Blaze.In January 2012 I was promoted to represent all Bostik flooring adhesives in five states - Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Wyoming. In November 2015 added five more states - Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.Develop sales channels via wholesalers, retailers, contractors, interior designers, architects, home owners, and real estate development companies. National accounts include Lumber Liquidators, Floor & Decor, Daltile, Marazzi, Florida Tile, Crossville, Bank of America, and Discount Tire.Promote all Bostik flooring adhesives, including urethane grouts, hardwood, ceramic tile, surface preparation, moisture mitigation, and carpet/vinyl flooring adhesives. Adhesive technologies of expertise include: polymer-modified binders, Portland cement, moisture-cure urethane, water-based urethane, latex, acrylic, epoxy, and silicone.Create electronic, point-of-purchase, and incentive marketing programs to attract and maintain customers.Head or actively participate in the development and implementation of these key business activities: Salesforce.com, Key Account Planning, and the Challenger Sales Model.
