Selected to commercialize Safoco controls offerings for the US onshore market and make initial entry into that market.

Promoted to lead US sales team for the Flow Control product line (choke valves, SSVs, wellhead control systems) with 3 direct reports and responsibility for more than 75% of total North America region bookings. Trained and assisted outside sales for other product lines within Cameron to achieve intra-company sales growth of FLC products. -Reoriented product line, target market, and sales approach to specifically address the North American market, resulting in over 10% budget growth for 2014 and limited decrease in the 2015 downturn. Direct to customer sales for FLC products decreased only 16% in 2015 compared to a company average of 30%.-Worked closely with engineering and new product development to rework global product offerings to fit the North American market's requirements. Inventor on patent US10145205B2 for new choke product design geared specifically for the US.-Planned and developed previously unexplored business with large distributors, managing end user relationships for mutually beneficial distribution sales, growing that business segment from zero to $1M+ dollars in Q1 2016- in the worst downturn the industry ever experienced.

Recruited to grow US market share for surface and subsea flow control products by leveraging market knowledge and engineering background. Managed current customer accounts to stabilize and grow, and, most importantly, developed new revenue growth strategies with new customers across non-traditional markets for flow control products. Led efforts to launch and optimize sales and operations planning, in addition to unilateral efforts to streamline manufacturing to meet market requirements.
