Thanks for investing your time to read my profile.I specialize in providing companies with compliance, ethics and integrity training that is relevant to a company's needs, engaging enough to be memorable, and useful enough to add value. Having worked in training for the past 20 + years, I have come to realize that my role is as much about being a ‘match-maker’ as it is about being a great account manager, sales leader and training developer. That’s why I work hard to ensure that I ‘match’ companies with the training that is right for the risks, challenges and culture of their organizations. Training has been in my blood ever since the importance of learning and following the right behaviors was instilled in me in the Navy. However my first ethics teachers were my mom, dad, my family and my neighbors. I was taught to "stay away from trouble", be respectful to others, do the right things, to share, to be honest and not to lie, cheat or steal. While ethics training doesn’t tell us to be home on time and eat your broccoli, it does share all the same principles we learn when we are young. Over the past 20 + years I have seen training progress enormously. However, the basic factors that make training great remain the same, namely: relevance, engagement, and usefulness. There are always new things to teach and new ways to teach it. I personally think that training in any form is beneficial to almost everyone. I know that my life without any training would be very boring and I would certainly be at a different income level. That's why I love my job of helping Compliance Officers do their jobs. I have worked for years designing global training programs for companies. With today's LMS technology we can push a button here and have a course delivered in Europe, Asia or even Australia.
