• Responsible for daily operations of a multiple location 170 acre campus.• Responsible for funding, budgeting, marketing, staffing and executing the Foundation’s Mission.• Accountable for annual revenues in excess of $2.5 million dollars whilst controlling expenses to below budgeted targets. Achieved goals set by the Board over the past 14 years.• Implement all Human Resources policies & procedures and process Foundation payroll.• Oversee management of 50 Foundation employees and over 70 volunteers. • Collaborate on Foundation special events. • Liaise daily & report quarterly to Foundation’s Board of Directors.• Responsible for implementation of major renovations to Foundation’s Sport Complex.• Actively seek ways to control cost without compromising employee and student safety or quality of service delivered.• Oversee all accounting aspects of the Foundation to ensure that financial obligations are met.• Act as positive role model to Chi Chi Academy Students and provide mentoring.
