Led HR Strategy and Operations for the U.S and the Americas. Member of the Global Strategic Plan Team, Global Leadership Team, and Driscoll’s of the America’s Leadership Team. Led HR due diligence and integration for multi-company/country European merger and acquisition. Led international Code of Conduct creation including in-person inspections and recommendations on migrant housing in Mexico, Morocco and Portugal.

Oversaw all aspects of employment law compliance for United States facilities employing more than 14,000 employees with approximately $10 billion in sales. Represented industry during creation of immigration-related compliance best practices.Wrote a corporate white paper on immigration delivered in Washington, D.C. to a Congressional Committee. Served as the company's spokesperson in the Wall Street Journal interview for the December 20, 2006 front page article entitled "Swift - on the Cutting Edge."Led rebuilding efforts in one facility, which included home construction and long distance busing, after the town was destroyed by a tornado.

Responsible for overseeing the Human Resources, Safety, Health Services, Ergonomics, Security and Food Service departments of a manufacturing plant with ~2,000 employees and a $1 billion annual sales. Led ISO 9002 certification, the only certified meat slaughter facility in North America at that time. Achieved an 18% annual employee turnover rate, the lowest of any major plant in the industry.Worked with city leaders to receive multi-million dollar animal bioscience grant and led the welcome ceremony on behalf of the city at the commemorative event with hundreds of media and industry professionals from multiple states.Served as a Trustee for the Blandin Foundation, a Board Member of the Southwest Initiative Foundation, a Commissioner for the City of Worthington Water and Light Commission (water, electric, wastewater) and many, many other community organizations.
