Defined the marketing strategy, brand direction and end-to-end execution for the craft brewery Matilda Bay. Led all brand and innovation activities: research, strategy, planning, execution and budget. Executed multiple NPD launches, trade and award-winning consumer activations (including Rejected Ales, 4x Cannes Lion winner). Brand architecture, iconography, packaging development, portfolio strategy and SKU optimisation. Championed sustainability initiatives, most notably leading the charge on climate neutrality which was achieved in Q3 2021, becoming the first climate-neutral brewery in Asahi's global network.

Maximus International is an innovative management consultancy that focuses on leadership. Part of Maximus' LT, I led a team of four across brand marketing, innovation and product development. Built and developed long-term leadership programs for ASX 100 businesses. Created and ran leadership trainings, specialising in areas of strategy and innovation. Launched and then Editor-in-Chief of our M Magazine, an exclusive and award winning bi-annual publication for CEOs.

Responsible for the development and execution of Maximus' marketing strategy, annual marketing plans, total marketing budget and innovation pipeline. Led the communications & digital strategy on a large scale culture change initiative at one of Australia's largest banks.

Led the CZ and SK Brand Marketing teams in developing world class digital media and communication strategies, plans and activations, on famous brands including Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus and Velkopopovicky Kozel. Responsible for large budgets for digital agencies, media and production, and handled above brand agency strategy and management. Built, managed and grew digital team across two markets.

Working with the very talented Czech & Slovak marketing team on their digital marketing capabilities: content improvement, media optimisation, agency management, strategic thinking and execution. Also built a new op model for digital excellence, including the agency strategy.

Helped roll out the global digital strategy for SABMiller across 20 European markets. Built digital capability of our European marketing teams, across a number of verticals (social media/content, social listening, analytics/ROI, e-commerce, digital media-buying). Supported global brands like Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Pilsner Urquell, Grolsch and Miller Genuine Draft on their digital strategy and creative execution around Europe.
