I assist clients to avoid, strategically manage and resolve construction and infrastructure disputes.When projects are on foot, I help devise and implement strategies to secure improved delivery outcomes. When disputes arise, I act in all forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, domestic and international arbitration, expert determination and adjudication under Security of Payment legislation.I have advised on major projects throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific, including in the transport (roads, tunnels, bridges, rail), energy and resources (solar, wind, LNG, coal), infrastructure (ports, pipelines, electricity assets), health, education and commercial construction sectors.I also deliver tailored training to clients, recommending contract administration strategies that are consistent with their commercial objectives and capable of implementation by their project delivery teams.I hold a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne with a specialist construction law focus. I am a member of the Society of Construction Law Australia and have mentored emerging industry professionals as part of its mentoring program.
