I’m a dedicated student who loves to be met with challenges, and I’m currently pursuing a degree in computer science at the University of North Texas. I’m lacking experience regarding programming or software but I’m eager to be given an opportunity to learn. I’m confident that I can impress employers by showcasing my work ethic and passion for doing everything to the best of my ability. My goal is to be the best that I can possibly be at everything I do, I want to group together the skills and knowledge to become a respected software developer.At the age of 17 I was made a team leader, the youngest to ever been given the position in my factory ever. It was a huge responsibility to give someone at 17 years old, but I jumped on it and maximized all the production I could. My way of running the team was simple, instead of barking orders or watching from a distance I created a pace by getting on the line next to my guys and working with them. I understand the importance of teamwork, and that a happy morale goes a long way. Being the youngest guy, it wasn’t always easy to get everyone on the same page, but after countless hours of working hard and not letting people talk me down, I was able to gain the respect of my coworkers and management. I'm currently looking for full-time internship positions in software development or web developoment, located in the DFW area and am open to remote work. Through possible internships I hope I can get a jumpstart on my future career and begin to create skills that will add value to my resume for future jobs.
