I manage a number of individuals across a spectrum of London-based projects and sectors, managing the delivery of design & construction-stage sustainability objectives. This includes BREEAM, WELL and embodied carbon targets.Recent projects include:- ExCeL London Expansion Project,- Barkers of Kensington,- The National Gallery, NG200 Welcome Project,- The Peninsula London Hotel.I oversee a broad range of disciplines within my role, including:- Delivering high attaining environmental certification standards - BREEAM 2014 RFO/BREEAM 2018 NC/WELL v2.- Management of challenging local Section 106 employability and engagement targets,- Carbon reduction initiatives; throughout the Stage 4 design, package procurement and site construction phases,- Ensuring delivery of internal sustainability objectives including accreditation to ISO 14001.I chair the Environmental Management Taskforce, leading the development of new robust procedures and practices to aid in the successful delivery of sustainability across the business. This includes developing business-wide training and contractual analysis for consistent sustainability delivery.

Projects:- Shepherdess Walk (2018 - 2020): Commercial space in central London- 55-91 Knightsbridge (2018 - 2021): Residential, commercial and retail space in the Knightsbridge area of London- Lambeth College (2020), Nine Elms Campus: Educational building in Lambeth.- Project Pegasus (2020 - 2022): State-of-the-art education and training facility for Inner Temple.- ExCeL Phase 3 (2021 - 2024): Expansion of the ExCeL exhibition centre.As a Sustainability Manager at Sir Robert McAlpine I oversea the environmental and community requirements of a number of construction projects in london. These requirements are a combination of legal, client contractural and social targets. This includes local authority Section 61 and Section 106 reporting and management, as well as managing environmental concerns on site and the concerns of our neighbours. Furthermore, this includes the oversight and completion of the projects associated BREEAM standard assessments.I am also actively engaged with numerous schools, colleges and universities to promote construction and enagage with young people on the benefits and challenges associated with a career in construction. I help oversea and arrage charitable activites on site, and attend events run by said charities as a part of our social commitment to local people, and issues, on behalf of my projects, and also with the asistance of our own staff and our on-site workforce.

As delegate acquisition at GreenFleet, within PSi Group, I dealt with the procurement of industry professionals from a range of businesses across the UK.I informed them of the most relevant event to their locale, so that they can discover the most recent information regarding green vehicle technology, enabling them to make informed decisions in the development of their future fleet.

For two summers I worked for Camp Casablanca, which is a company that looks after young children whilst their parents are at work. I taught both sporting activities, ranging from football to gymnastics, as well as arts and crafts. These summers have were some of the most rewarding I have had recently as they expanded my experience working with young children, but they were also highly enjoyable,
