With over 20 years of business experience, I have established an in-depth understanding of the commercial and operational processes that drive corporate growth, and in that time I have coordinated a number of key projects and developments.I led GoodShape's winning bid for the UK’s first nationwide public sector framework agreement for absence management. I oversaw the design and development of of an online portal that has been accessed a total of 2 million times by 24,000 different professionals resulting in an absence reduction of 58%. I also project managed GoodShape’s successful application to be the first absence management company in the UK to be ISO 27001 certified. Acting as Project Executive for the acquisition of Active Health Partners (AHP) in 2010, I was also successful in merging the staff, systems and offices of the two businesses into one, coordinating more than 1,028 tasks across a 9 month project that established a new, bigger, better business.Consistently present within all of these projects has been customer focus. I am committed to nurturing and maintaining high quality client relationships, from first contact through to ongoing service renewal. I work in partnership with clients to identify the root causes of absence and the best action to prevent them. This customer-centric approach runs through everything we do as a business. Between 2011 and 2015, and supported by a wonderful team of staff, I led FirstCare to achieve an average commercial growth of 24% per year, increasing our total user coverage from 68,000 to more than 160,000.
