The emphasis is on enabling individuals to quickly grasp important business concepts and put that knowledge into practice quickly and easily.My responsibilities focus on leading the design and development of all KnowledgeBrief digital products, from the planning, design and development of our online learning platform, to leading design of all marketing websites, marketing material, and our digital marketing activities.KBProfessional has evolved into the backbone of our offers and now delivers learning resources, chartered management qualifications, apprenticeship levy programmes and online webinars for 1000's of learners from some of the worlds biggest companies.Other notable achievements include:- Building out and making our API's available and then selling access to one of the worlds largest banks- Integrating our app through SAML to work as one of Degreed's content providers- Meeting the requirements to deliver our platform for the Police.- Building up our B2C visitor base from 0 traffic to c.1 million annual visits- Building an integration with the Chartered Institute of Procurement, giving access to a custom build platform housing our content library to there 100,000 global members.

ITW Networks facilitates the perfect opportunity to promote innovation amongst the public, private and third sectors.We support collaborative practical action through two key methods:- Professionally facilitated meetings, which result in practical solutions and widely shared outputs.- Publications that capture the innovative approaches of the network. The aim is to share knowledge to help put policy into practice.Since taking co-ownership of ITW we have implemented new systems to automate the process of managing meetings, publishing research, and promoting our industry partners. The Company has seen a 400% increase in clients and introduced several new service lines.The ITW client base included some FTSE 100 companies and some products directly supported and funded by government departments.

Working within the marketing team i was part of the team involved with designing and developing the front end of Flybe's website. Including work on driving traffic, digital marketing / search engine optimisation, and creating innovative new ideas to maximise user conversion including multivariant testing. Flybe.com had in excess of 2 million visitors per day and a target online daily revenue of £1m. I also worked on helping deliver state of the art solutions to enable front end teams and back end teams to streamline processes, enabling vastly more efficient working practices through recoding the sites to implement semantic coding practices and velocity templating systems.

Worked remotely while traveling and settling in New Zealand and Australia for 12 months. This role involved planning, designing and developing innovative solutions to solve business needs. Included creating an interactive tour of a house designed to tackle common household maintenance issues for use in training non construction staff in key aspects of insurance related building claims. Final product used by multiple major insurers in their staff training programmes reducing the need to escalate support calls to specialists.

Played a critical part in the growth of the company into a successful SME as being part of a team of just 2 we built custom external web applications integrating into call centre management tools to drive massive business efficiencies and enabling us to take huge market share. Including overseeing the complete refit of an old office, including integrating then state of the art digital phone systems and networks into our custom tools, building every piece of technology and enabling 10x growth in headcount with 24/7 operations to run seamlessly.

Helped develop and maintain the operation of a micro business, including building and maintaining computers, servers, networks and databases including developing the marketing activities with brochures and websites.
