While in the US Navy, I was working with some of the most advanced communication equipment and fiber optic networks in the world. Onboard a United States Submarine I was required to learn advanced software and technology quickly in a stressful environment. Before I joined the Navy, I worked as an AMP mechanic specializing in avionics repair and installation for five years. While in the Navy, I manage my family life, school, and my hobbies so I can continue to do what I love. Some of my hobbies include 3D modeling/prototyping, woodworking, metalworking, electronic circuit design, building custom motorcycles, and playing my guitar. These hobbies have made me somewhat proficient while working with software such as Autodesk AutoCAD and Fusion 360. I have a strong understanding of electronic circuit design and implementation in the prototyping industry. I am currently perusing an Electrical, Laser and Robotics Engineering associates degree.
