Picture Loch is a production company bringing a new perspective to film making by combining cutting edge technology and a powerful creative process. I have been honored to be a part of its creation along with my friend A.R. Madabushi and we hope to inspire people with our work.

I am responsible for reviewing grants and providing insight into the operations for the Walter S. and Lucienne B. Driskill Foundation. Additionally, I am providing web and video services to enhance the PR of the foundation and raise awareness about the foundation's mission and accomplishments.

• Delivering results for clients on a project by project basis, building budgets, organizing teams, and managing the processes for multiple applications• Improving the effectiveness of sales and internal communication for businesses such as Wipro, Printpack, Borg Warner Automotive, SHRM-Atlanta, Eaton Trucks, Siemens, The Launch Institute, ACS, and organizations such as The Carter Center• Developing websites, internet marketing, and managing social media

• Developed skills for planning and managing the processes of multimedia work alongside my father Jim Sutherland, a Peabody award-winning journalist• Involved as a producer and project coordinator for short films, documentaries, and various music projects

• Managed employees daily while assisting with tasks such as payroll, processing customer and vendor orders, and organizing balance sheets• Mediated and resolved conflicts between employees resulting in improved working relationships

Helped to manage the parking lot at Capital City and was involved in event planning and restaurant reservations.
