Combined, Datacert and Tymetrix provide software and services for corporate legal departments, law firms, staff counsel, insurance claims defense, and corporate legal governance risk and compliance officers. The combined entity is 5 times larger than the revenues of any of our competitors and is larger in revenues than all competitors combined. This position enables our company to invest in worldclass global customer support, new products and services and our R&D budget is larger than the revenues of any competitor. This company leads the market (see Gartner Report) with the most innovative products and services available.

Engaged by the Board of Directors to professionalize the company, re-engineer the technology and establish a broader set market offerings to regenerate growth and profitability, Led a 6 year turnaround that positioned Datacert as the largest, fasting growing, most profitable company in the market. The company's turnaround was led with the patented Passport platform, a cooperative innovation led by myself and the CTO. The results of the turnaround was 20 - 25% multi year high revenue growth and EBITDA of 20 - 25%, resulting in an enterprise valuation exceeding 5X trailing revenue. Led the sale of the company for the Board of Directors. Upon selecting Marks Baughan, who provided excellent investment banking services, DataCert was sold to Wolters Kluwer for $ 290 Million plus cash. Investors return was 7 to 10 X their original investment.
