I am a prize winning Chartered Accountant and joined RSM in 2011. I developed significant transaction experience working initially within the both the M&A and Transaction Services team before joining RSM's M&A Advisory practice, where I am currently a Director in Yorkshire & North-East.I am typically focused on the Yorkshire & North East market, however I have an expertise in Industrials and manufacturing. My transaction experience covers a wide range of transaction types, with a focus in both private equity and corporate M&A, particularly sell-side lead advisory.I am passionate about developing strong and long lasting relationships with my clients, whilst levering RSM's international resource and specialist Consulting and Tax Solutions to provide the best outcomes for my clients.
