In 2024 we reached a major milestone with strategic relationships with Aramco and Total Energies. By integrating Caraagy’s auto care expertise into these globally recognized energy leaders’ networks, we’re creating a seamless, one-stop experience for the vehicle owner--fueling up and servicing their cars at the same location.In addition to the Caraagy business model, we are honored to have been selected by Aramco as a franchisee for operating Valvoline Express Care centers across Saudi Arabia. Following Aramco's acquisition of the iconic 150-year-old American lubricant brand Valvoline, These centers are strategically developed to deliver quick and efficient lube services tailored to the needs of Saudi motorists.We’re excited to announce that several Express Care centers are already under development, with plans to establish a robust network of over 40 centers by 2025. This initiative marks a significant step forward in our journey, aligning perfectly with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and our commitment to innovation and growth.

Franchise House International Trading (FHC) is an international franchise company established in 2016 to partner with proven international brands that intend to enter the KSA and MENA markets. FHC focuses on the services sector and mainly targets the automotive, education and healthcare activities. FHC will contribute in encouraging Saudi youth to pursue entrepreneurship using the franchising business model. This initiative will help create a more diversified economy as new franchise sectors will be invited to participate throughout Saudi Arabia, promoting proven techniques, tools, training programs, work ethics and discipline while enriching the business environment for all Saudis. FHC purchased the master franchise from Grease Monkey International (GMI), a USA based automotive service & repair franchise concept. The business model was to work with Saudi nationals that aspire to become entrepreneurs operating Grease Monkey automotive service centers.

Petromin Corporation (Petromin) is the leading lubricants and automotive services company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in four verticals: Oil & Lubricants, Petromin Automotive Servicing (Petromin Express & Petromin Auto Care), Fuel Retailing and Nissan New Car Dealerships. Petromin became an authorized Nissan agent – dealer in Saudi Arabia in 2016 serving Kingdom wide customers through a national network of New Car Showrooms, Automotive Service & Repair Outlets, and Spare Parts Centers. Petromin Automotive Services - Automotive Aftersales consists of five distinct automotive business models: (1) Petromin Auto Care (PAC), (2) Petromin - Nissan Dealerships (PN) Aftersales, (3) Tristar Transmission Service and Parts, (4) Nissan Spare Parts, and (5) Petromin Express Quick Service (PE). P&L accountable for all business lines. Beginning in March 2016 with 1-Head Office employee and 12-field staff in March 2016 built the Head Office team to 11-senior level direct reports and 568 total employees under the Petromin family of automotive service businesses. A few highlights included: Budgeted, forecasted, and managed SR 108M in capital expenditures 2016 – 2019 and grew the PAC and Nissan network from 1-workshop and no spare parts centers in March 2016 to 44-workshops and over 60 fixed base operations by 2018. The team increased PAC and Nissan Service sales by 70% in 2018 landing at 95% of net profit budget. Negotiated and concluded SR 83Mn acquisition of Tristar Transmission in October 2016 and managed the Spare Parts business with over SR 150M in annual sales.
