Following the company's first successful fund raise, I relocated to the US to establish the PCI Pal business in the region. During that time we build a fantastic early stage team and put in place the foundations to really harness the opportunity of partnering with the world's leading business communications vendors headquartered in the region. I moved back to the UK when I moved into the role of Group CEO.

Along with our CISO today, started the PCI Pal concept which at the time was a division of an AIM listed PLC in the UK. In this short time we evolved the idea focusing on public cloud capabilities to best enable us to access what we felt would be a sizeable market opportunity on a global scale. In 2018, the group sold off it's other business interests to focus on the PCI Pal business, and changed the name of the Group to PCI-PAL PLC. From here the real PCI Pal journey began.

At IPPlus I was hired to set up and grow the groups new telephony business selling cloud-based intelligent voice and customer experience solutions into contact centre and customer engagement environments. At first reselling third party suppliers, evolving to developing our own solutions. The PCI Pal idea came from this business.
