Active supplier records were reduced from the tens of thousands to the thousands. This led to improved perceptions of the HR services.

Analysed an existing Talent Management system where challenges were being encountered reporting on core data.Worked closely with stakeholders and system end-users to understand the nature of the challenges, quickly identifying and resolving the formulas and 'codes' used.Liaised closely with the end-users to ensure that changes made to the system were clearly understood, documented and resulted in accurate reports.

Designed and implemented an interim resource planning system for a team who allocated staff across London with specific language capabilities on a case-by-case basis.Facilitated workshops with senior stakeholders and system end-users, to define and agree business requirements, as well as refine system inputs and outputs.Facilitated UAT with end users and authored operating manuals to accompany the system.

Worked for a variety of clients on an ad-hoc basis, most notably researching Government policies, potential barriers to funding, and generating presentation and marketing material for a new business venture.
