I've always enjoyed assisting end users and collaborating on various server/system projects as a Network Support Engineer - I gain a great sense of satisfaction in problem solving and collaboration. My interest in technical documentation also led me to create guides and tutorials related to these projects to train and assist administrators and end users. Here are a few examples of what I enjoy and excel at:-Replaced a series of failing servers that support multiple plating lines - created documentation for supporting these systems-Worked with a vendor to set up a Cafe Kiosk system - took initiative to create detailed network documentation when the vendor could not-Created an internal IT knowledge base of SOPs, TIDs, and end user how to's and kept this information accurate and up to date.As I learn and grow in my Network Support Engineer role I enjoy turning my experiences into tutorials and other documentation that can in turn train others no matter their skill level
