As an assistant lecturer, I prepare and conduct blended online lectures for undergraduate courses in economics such as microeconomics, introduction to mathematical economics, econometrics, development economics, managerial economics, business statistics, natural resource economics, and environmental economics etc. I participate in curriculum development and review for the economics program. I also conduct research using STATA and disseminate findings to relevant stakeholders. I set, administer, and mark tests, examinations, and assignments. I attend to students' inquiries and academic issues. I maintain students' records of attendance, progress, and achievement. Lastly, I also engage in community outreach. One of the key achievements I have so far gained is spearheading the team that developed the current bachelor of economics program housed in the Faculty of Management Science.

As a research consultant, my major activities were: To plan and conduct research using statistical packages such as STATA for our clients, especially on economics and business-related issues, analyze collected data, develop project proposals, solicit funding, and at the same time audit as well as make a follow up of the implementation of our clients’ projects, design study tools and procedures for our clients’ project execution and management in line with their project requirement, and assist the Managing Partner by drafting a variety of routine documents and applying effective proofreading for drafted proposals.

As a monitoring and evaluation specialist, my roles included: assessing the effects of road works on cross-cutting issues like Gender, HIV, and the Environment; identifying how Uganda Road Funds were being utilized by the various districts; examining the risks, strengths, and weaknesses of the Uganda Road Fund Program; finding out how districts have incorporated cross-cutting issues in Uganda Road Funds Program; analyzing data that was collected, and formulating both an inception report and final report for the project.

As a lead consultant, my main activities included: conducting a study to establish the number and frequency of regional and international meetings on SMCA related issues in the past two years and determine Uganda’s representation during the same period, conducting a survey of mandated agencies (private/public) on the main challenges faced whenever they have tried to attend such meetings and their suggested mitigation measures, designing a sustainable framework that will be used by the Government to plan for continuous facilitation of delegations to SMCA related meetings, analyzing data that was collected, producing and presenting an inception report detailing suggested interventions for stakeholder input and later producing a draft report for discussion and stakeholder input before producing a final report and disseminating findings to the concerned stakeholders
