As Operations Manager for Red Alert Telecare Ltd, I am proud to be leading one of the most innovative and reputable TECS service providers in the UK. My role is to oversee all telecare operations, including new business development, administration, engineering and stock control. My direct reports are the telecare management team and I have overall responsibility of a rapidly growing team. Having been a Telecare Engineer, Technical Manager and now Operations Manager, my experience and grasp on the industry is second to none.TECS is my passion and I am lucky to be working for an organisation that is equally passionate about the real impact technology has on the lives of the most vulnerable people in our society.
