• Review contract and purchase order agreements and, when necessary, work with customer representatives towards resolution of technical discrepancies • Conduct revision updates and implementations of quality systems procedures, standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation• Develop and implement methods and procedures for disposition of nonconforming material and device methods to assess cost and determine root cause• Monitor and assist on proposed corrective actions and verify execution and effectiveness• Work with customers and third party auditors to conduct audits and resolve problems• Maintain supplier quality performance ratings and audit external providers• Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities
