I am a dispute resolution solicitor experienced in a number of practice areas but with a particular specialism in resolving complex property and neighbour issues.I deal with a range of residential and commercial property matters including:- party wall issues;- rights of light disputes and agreements;- injunction applications; - boundary disputes;- nuisance and trespass claims; - rights of way and adverse possession claims; - claims relating to easements and restrictive covenants;- landlord and tenant disputes including possession and disrepair claims; - service charge disputes; - contractual disputes; - leasehold enfranchisement and extension proceedings; - right to manage/appointment of manager applications for leaseholders. I have a wide experience of proceedings in the various courts and tribunals, including several reported cases in the Court of Appeal. I regularly deal with alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation and adjudication where appropriate to meet clients' needs without recourse to formal court proceedings.
