I have led and was responsible for an in-house development team having direct reporting responsibilities to Senior Management. My role involved scheme feasibility and site assessment; financial analysis, formulation and implementation of business plans, delivery of successful planning outcomes, construction procurement, direct negotiations with Tenants in respect of specifications, agreements for lease, and leases, together with full responsibility for appointing and co-ordinating multi-discipline project teams.

I carried out the full range of asset management roles applicable to pro-actively running a multi-million sq. ft. mixed property portfolio. My role involved working on the commercial-side and directly negotiating new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, reversionary leases, lease re-gears, agreements for lease, surrender deeds, deeds of landlord's consent, specification of works, repair notices, chasing arrears and managing dilapidations. All these activities were carried out within an environment where we were continually striving to create and add maximum value to the underlying assets.
