Responsible for fulltime functionality and business contacts to the client and external clients with retail billing, ensuring bills are accurately and timely raised and delivered to customers.• Manages and handles customer enquiries related to bill management, disputes and general info.• Ensures that processes and procedures areestablished within the billing area, and are reviewed and maintained regularly for efficiency, compliance and performance, and the scope to continuously seek means to improve current business practices and processes to achieve the objectives of the business and its clients.• Ensure the successful delivery of contractual obligations and meeting SLAs around client billing assisting/supporting in various Transfer and B2B areas of the business.• Emphasis on transactional excellence, quality, and relevance of information, create an environment that drives a process of continuous improvement in practices and outputs, develop and foster working relationships across the company to facilitate the accurate and timely flow of meter data and relevant information.
