For me, Working with computers; both repairing them and troubleshooting them is something I have always enjoyed. Right from the time I was in high school and I would putter around during my lunch break and up to when I would help the older generation to understand software like skype to communicate with loved ones, I have never lost my passion for technology and how it can make everything better. In my current role at Best Buy I have been afforeded the opportunity to get really good at understanding what people want and pairing them with the technology that does what they want. I have experience with home automation ( IOT), computers and software and how to connect everything from your google to your fridge together to make their life easier. I've recently graduated from college with a diploma in IT network adminstration that has covered A+, cisco technologies, Microsoft 365/Active Directory training, cloud administration and Security+. I really enjoy the challenge that this sort of learning allows me and am actively pursuing my A+, AWS and Microsoft 365 network administrator designations. Because of this training and experience I have the following skills: I can Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. I am adept at Analyzing and resolving technical problems because I have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Windows operating systems. And I of course a great love of all things technology!
