BAS is a California based company involved in whole tire recycling. Directed the firm's efforts to implement the utilization of asphalt rubber highway paving technology developed in France for paving applications in North America.

TRT was a real estate subsidiary of the international conglomerate Thyssen AG, concentrating on real estate development in the United States. Directed design/build development efforts of the firm's Atlanta office.
