Managed all aspects of the strategy and execution of real estate, design, construction and maintenance for retail, office and call center projects.Increased real estate openings by more than 50% from 2005 -2007.Was responsible for lease and property management of Alltel’s portfolio of over 1000 properties. Developed new process for lease renewals and extensions. Viewed lease assets as leverage during negotiation process to obtain better terms. Implemented new database and interface with accounting system for the management of Alltel’s commercial property. This database included a project management module that was used as the main form of communication for the status of store openings.Developed new site approval processes that standardized the information and the format for presenting deals for upper management consent. This program drove down year over year maintenance spend.
