An experienced Human Resources Director, currently working as Group Head of Human Resources for an engineering company with global operations. Previously European Human Resources Director for a leading provider of financing to small businesses and middle market companies. Preferably like to work in the Financial Services sector but comfortable and experienced in working in other sectors.Held Board positions as an Executive Director and Non Executive Director in a UK Regulated organisation. Has operated at senior level in the Human Resources functions of American, Swiss, French and Japanese global corporations and gained International experience supporting businesses operations across Europe. Broad and varied experience of leading the Human Resources function in organisations in the financial services sector; including the leasing, life, pensions, investment and general insurance sectors of the financial services industry. Also led the Human Resources function for businesses with complex sales, service and installation operations in the technology sector in a business to business environment and had exposure to managing HR in product manufacturing operations. Interested in working for organisations that believe in promoting employee engagement and open communications.
