Director of Private Label & Co-Pack, position was responsible for the development of new private label & co-pack clients for the hardwood smoked, full flavor sausages that the company produces. Key market segments that the position worked with are: retail/grocery chains, multiple unit restaurant chains, convenience store groups, club stores, national foodservice distributor groups and ingredient/industrial clients. Position also provided marketing direction for the company via co-branding and alliance partner development.Cher-Make Sausage Company produces a wide variety of naturally hardwood smoked sausage products including items like natural casing wieners and skinless hot dogs, bratwurst, specialty smoked sausage, ring bologna, and summer sausage for the retail, foodservice and industrial/ingredient segments. Cher-Make Sausage Company has been serving private label customers for over 40 years.

Director of Sales role in the company was to relaunch the "Fit" product line in to the foodservice and industrial markets via brokers, full line foodservice distributors, Jan/San distributors and to build sales with regional and national restaurant chain groups. Product line is in national distribution and available in redistribution through Dot Foods.

Regional Sales Manager that managed the sales for the portion controlled - ready to cook, 'Speedy Bird" par-fried and fully cooked chicken products and "Ruby Dragon" Asian products in the Midwest. Developed the foodservice broker network for the region.

Company went through a number of changes in ownership over a period of five years (four owners - Hudson Foods/Pierre Foods, Tyson Foods, MCMI & Willow Brook Foods). As a member of the management team, held a number of senior sales positions that covered many different classes of trade: Convenience Stores, Retail/Grocery, Club Store and Foodservice.
