I am the Corporate EHS Engineer for MISA Metal Processing. I oversee the EHS activities for four of our Facilities. I visit Forest Mississippi, Birmingham Alabama, Portland Tennessee and Louisville Kentucky. We run Coiled Steel and have Slitter Lines, Presses, Cranes, Cranes and more Cranes. I enjoy the fast pace activities that are within Manufacturing Safety. A good Safety Professional cannot afford to sit at their desk all day. You have to engage with th facility and it's Employees ....daily.

Zodiac Aerospace is a facility on the California Central Coast. They make Cabin Interiors for Delta, Boeing, Airbus and Honda Aviation. The California facility has Hot Presses, Ovens, Paint Booths and hands on Assembly fabrication of all types of interior panels and components. I was responsible for all areas of Environmental Health & Safety. I re-vamping all company policies and programs to keep our facility in compliance with local Santa Barbara County and State of California regulations. I also manage all aspects of the ISO/OHSAS Certification Process, as Zodiac was seeking to attain Certification in FY 2018.
