About James Blythe, Aia, Leed Ap

My professional experience includes a wide range of project type and scale, to include mixed-use mid/high rise construction, commercial/office space, multi-family residential, and a host of other genres of building. I am a very design oriented architect, with a strong interest in sustainability and emerging green technologies. Bringing to the table a strong sense of practical insight and knowledge of various construction types and materials. Always willing to listen and work with the ideas presented by our client and the builder, I enjoy having the chance to take the project to the next level. Having certified 15+ LEED projects to date, I relish the opportunity to improve the built environment in a sustainable way. The ultimate goal for our projects is to balance the program and goals of the owner, with excellence in design and execution.
