Report and review quarterly results of U.S. defined benefit and U.S. and Canadian defined contribution plans to company's Investment Committee.• Responsible for Canadian retirement plan including fund manager performance, government reporting requirements, financial/actuarial audits, trust relationship and funding needs. Led transition of $13 million of retirement assets to new fund manager.• Developed plan to build company's cash balance from $300 million to $425 million, maintaining investment grade rating through year-long business downturn.
