Serving as co-facilitator of Soroti Training Center providing three courses over ten year period to equip others to train church leaders throughout central and southern Africa from 2010 to 2021. Basically seminary without walls using a pyramid approach in a good way. Lord willing, the two groups of 16 will result in thirty-two 856 person-pyramids of equipped church leaders serving Africa.

Various roles in drilling and production supervisory and managerial roles in Amarillo, Billings, Fort Worth and Midland supporting operations in basins such as the Anadarko, Williston, Permian, Madden Deep, Gulf Coast, Bossier HIgh Pressure, etc. Served as project lead on various projects including the development of the first hand-held field data gathering project on an enterprise basis; COR-1 which re-engineered the processes for Land Division Orders, Revenue Settlement, Production Accounting and 1st Purchaser role in the spot market environment on an enterprise basis; Lease operating expense and Well Profitability statements on an enterprise basis; Finalization of 2nd train and 3rd train expansion of Lost Cabin Gas Plant which had AFE costs exceeding $400MM;
