Recruitment consultant on the Real Estate team at Cooper Fitch specialising in the recruitment of high caliber talent in mid-senior level real estate roles. He works closely with local and international talent with extensive expertise in project management, commercial real estate, construction and civil engineering. Prior to joining the firm in 2022 I formed a wealth of knowledge and expertise of the construction and real estate industry having worked in sales, project management and operation roles across mid-large scale developments across Ireland and the American Copper Buildings project in Manhattan, New York. My experience in this field has allowed me to transition into his current recruitment consultant position at Cooper Fitch. In addition I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Entrepreneurship Management from the Institute of Arts Design and Technology in Ireland and a Master’s in International Sports Management from UCFB in England.I have learned many valuable skills during my life experiences through sport, work and college, while always striving for improvement and being the best I can be. Some of my main strengths revolve around problem solving, creativity, communication, leadership and organisation. I come from a strong entrepreneurial background working in my family business from a young age while also running my own company for a period of time. I have also gained experience in numerous different areas of other businesses obtaining different roles such as digital marketing, brand promotion, customer service and sales to name a few. These experiences have thought me many skills in life and business, from the importance of effective marketing to the value of a good team and the constant need for innovation.Having regular participated in sports, I have become highly competitive, focused and hard-working. I take pride in constantly striving for excellence, I believe in continuous improvement and enjoy being challenged in a high-energy, demanding business environment.I am also easily adaptable and thrive when challenged. I enjoy working with others, while also having the ability to work independently. Having studied, worked and travelled abroad, I also appreciate the insights and benefits gained from operating in a multicultural team.
