For the last 20 years, my experience has been focused on Global Project Management and Project Management Office consulting with a concentration in process methodology within the information technology environment. I have a broad knowledge of many computer platforms and the interfaces between them. I have expertise with several project methodologies, including Agile (Scrum), RUP, XP and Waterfall and Optimized Waterfall (OWF). I've worked in and with several enterprise project management offices (ePMO) to develop project processes and standardized documentation, scheduling and resource allocation. I have worked with CMMI initiatives to help bring companies from disorder to repeatable processes.
