I have worked in multiple industries since the age of 10, when I started working in my family's restaurant business. I learned the value of hard work at a young age and was exposed to every aspect of what it takes to run a successful business. After 8+ years in the restaurant industry working for my family, I decided in that time that business piqued my interest. I was going off to college soon to study business and still had no idea what exactly within business interested me, and I eventually landed on marketing for a variety of reasons. I am currently a Brand Ambassador for MKTG, a marketing company owned by Diageo. I am also a Brand Ambassador for Health and Fitness Activations (HFA) and both jobs require extensive knowledge of the brand, the product, and the market. I provide a face for the companies and brands to be associated with, and during my job, I educate consumers on the aspects of the brand that would appeal to them. I drive sales of the product using marketing tools provided by the companies as well as my growing knowledge of marketing I learn from my current degree program. I have consistently met my sales goals in most of these positions and find it easy to talk to consumers and find the problem they need solved. I am excited to be a part of both of these companies and hope to only improve my marketing knowledge as I pursue a digital marketing firm of my own in the future.
