• Pre-commissioning, commissioning and working with Vendor suppliers on the installation of a new Delta V system which controlled a high speed Packaging system, Effluent removal system, Refrigeration system, Flash drier.
• Ensure compliance with company general specifications & requirements, local legislative and operational requirements
• Diagnosing and rectifying any problems arising from commissioning phase.

• Carried out SIL routines completing all associated documentation, reporting and defects and issues to the Engineering team.
• Support Shift Instrument Technician on breakdowns
• Complete QA loops reporting and amending all associated documentation.
• Fully SAP trained, all notification and work orders ‘technically complete’ electronically upon job completion.
