Over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and transformation, I am a Certified Practicing Marketer and a member of the Australian Marketing Institute, passionate about revolutionising digital experiences, improving efficiency, optimising digital operating models and data governance, and delivering value to members and stakeholders.As the Head of Digital Product and Projects within RACQ’s Membership, Marketing and Digital team, I lead a team of experts to develop and manage RACQ's group digital strategy, roadmap, digital sales, service and app experiences, and optimisation. My team and I collaborate widely across the Group to understand RACQ's broader strategies and ensure RACQ's digital channels remain highly relevant. I have a proven track record of driving digital optimisation and innovation through complex organisations, such as ANZ, AGL and Suncorp Group. I have delivered large-scale digital transformation programs, significant UX improvements, economies of scale, and e-commerce conversion optimisation programs. I have also been recognised as the Marketing Leader of the Year, ANZ, in January 2022, for my contribution to overall marketing output and performance.
