I partnered with the Executive team to scope out their future resourcing plans in order to develop an effective talent attraction strategy, driving a proactive approach in order to minimise the cost of having vacancies open and to achieve function strategy. I managed a team of Talent Sourcers that supported me in sourcing talent for roles across my business areas that included Technology, Information Security, Marketing, Product, People, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Finance, Change Management, and Decision Science functions in the UK. I was responsible for all contingent worker hires for the UK business, including IR35 determination and contingent workforce management. I was responsible for performing Hogan behaviour assessments for both Senior Leadership and regulated positions. I was also responsible for recruiting senior and complex hires and partnering with business areas on improving the attraction and selection capability through digital solutions and coaching.I supported the Strategic People Partners on projects such as redundancy processes, improving absence management, policy rewrites, and Diversity & Inclusion. CDK solutions connect people with technology by automating and integrating all parts of the dealership and buying process, including the acquisition, sale, financing, insuring, parts supply, repair and maintenance of vehicles.I supported the International Talent Acquisition Manager in achieving fit for purpose & common recruitment processes within a complex matrix organization, managing continual improvement programs and recruitment initiatives as well as leading on complex and senior hires. I partnered with Operational and Strategic HR, Regional Leadership (Director, Managing Director, and Vice President level) across our EMEA, Nordics, APAC, and Latam geographies, which also included managing escalations and future resourcing needs. I took on management responsibility for the Recruitment team on an interim basis in the absence of the Talent Acquisition Manager for a period of 6 months. I collaborated with the Internal Communications and Marketing team to develop and deploy our employer branding assets across the regions. I was responsible for the overhaul of the international careers website. I was responsible for supporting with the scope out, build, and roll out of the recruitment and recruitment marketing modules for a SAP Success Factors implementation for the global business. I was the recruitment lead for senior hires, Technology, Human Resources, Software Support, Product Management, Marketing, and the Graduate Scheme. I also have experience with utilising external Executive Search partners for high profile, senior hires when needed.
