These include the delivery of all property functions associated with securing formal acquisition approval pathways for the deployment of new and upgraded telecommunications infrastructure across a large portfolio of sites.Some highlights associated with this role include negotiating a Greenfield relocation site in Sydney CBD that was nine years in the making, achieving a rental that was 40 per cent under the existing market value; and installing a telecommunications facility at the Sydney Opera House.Further Achievements and Responsibilities• Completed a Telstra GOA upgrade programme and Telstra Small cells programme in New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC) and Queensland QLD), delivering all 100 sites on time.• Submitted complex Telstra paperwork for the Vivid wireless De-commissioning programme, as well as provided strong stakeholder liaison and weekly progress reporting.• Worked closely with stakeholders to successfully administer a new decommissioning process within Kordia.• Drove collaboration with technical disciplines to ascertain communications site viability within the network, improving output by 30 per cent.• Created candidate assessment reports for existing telecommunications sites and for new potential telecommunication facilities; negotiated and acquired new Telco sites for forced relocations; and successfully negotiated terms with NSW, QLD and VIC landowners. • Provided reporting and database management for over 700 facilities across NSW, QLD and VIC on the NSW Telco Authority Project, ensuring on-time delivery.• Conducted extensive data research and updated the NSW Telco Authority database on all 3, 000 Telecommunications facility locations.
