A suite of self-service data integration and automation tools powering FICO's award-winning Customer Dialogue Manager (CDM) product. CDM is an omni-channel campaign management platform, offered as both a SaaS and on-premise solution. In addition to the CDI platform I managed the CDM DevOps organization, overseeing a fault tolerant, Highly Available (HA), on-demand AWS footprint of several hundred resources across multiple production (and non-production) environments.
