FICO is a leading analytics software company, helping businesses in 90+ countries make better decisions. At FICO I built and managed the team developing the Customer Data Integration (CDI) platform. A suite of self-service data integration and automation tools powering FICO's award-winning Customer Dialogue Manager (CDM) product. CDM is an omni-channel campaign management platform, offered as both a SaaS and on-premise solution. In addition to the CDI platform I managed the CDM DevOps organization, overseeing a fault tolerant, Highly Available (HA), on-demand AWS footprint of several hundred resources across multiple production (and non-production) environments.
