Hello, my name is James Pepper. I earned a Bachelor's Degree from Clemson University in 2015 through their Graphic Communications program. Today, I am a Creative Account Executive for We Are Alexander. Since a young age, I have had a passion for the graphics industry and have developed my skills through educational and professional experiences. In high school, I spent three years studying Digital Art and Design, where I became proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. During my senior year, I became one of only two students to receive accreditation by Adobe. During my time at Clemson, I studied different areas of the Graphic Communications industry and gained hands-on experience in Screen, Flexo, Offset and other methods of printing. I was able to incorporate my design skills into many school projects, which gave me the opportunity to gain more well-rounded experience during my education. In addition to my education, I also completed two internships during my time at Clemson. The first of which was at The Graphic Cow Co. in Liberty, SC, where I maintained a job as a Freelance Artist until being hired full-time after graduation. I completed my second internship at Campus Banner + Design on Clemson's campus, where I also continued to work as a Designer and Team Leader, as well as Social Media Manager, after my internship was completed. Post-college, my passion for graphics continues to thrive. I am constantly looking for new ways to channel my creativity and do my part in this wonderful industry that I love. Working closely with my team, as well as my client, over the past six years I have gained much experience in both the prepress and private label packaging fields. Gaining insight to the client's business allows me to facilitate a mutually-beneficial relationship that is a pleasure to be a part of. I look forward to watching our industry continue to grow and am excited to see how I can lend my skills and creativity to it in the years to come.
