My diverse journey has seen me co-founding and leading multiple successful companies, starting at age 17 when I harnessed new technology to disrupt an existing market. That venture is now a profitable global company with annual sales of ~$500 million. I also founded Appinionator, an iOS app venture that gave me a strong foundation in product management and the ability to adapt to the ever-evolving tech landscape. I've also been a leader in the agency world. As President of Chase Design Group, I successfully led the highly awarded graphic design firm to become a dominant player in the consumer packaging industry in just six years.My most recent work has been in consulting, where I’ve had the opportunity to reshape how public corporations, startups, and nonprofit organizations approach their objectives. I've been instrumental in guiding them toward improved strategic thinking, effective communication, and heightened interpersonal skills.As a leader, I excel in fostering open dialogue and creating an environment where every voice is valued. My ability to ask insightful questions and actively listen enables me to facilitate groups through challenging or thought-provoking discussions, encouraging fresh perspectives. I am versed in managing the dynamics of creative teams, navigating the balance of egos, nurturing innovation, and establishing clear priorities and actionable plans. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in French at the University of California and have a Certificate in Business for Design Leaders from Harvard Business School of Executive Education. Outside the office, I lead an adventurous life with unique experiences, including editing the Samoa News in the South Pacific, studying French in Paris, helicopter skiing in Alaska, and competing in Paragliding World Cup events.
