• Responsible for managing 14 locations throughout New England totaling 375k sq ft with a primary site of 115k sq ft.
• Created budgets for each of the 14 locations.

• Work with associates to relocate throughout the building during reconfiguration of teams, which also includes working directly with IT, Telecom, and the cubicle vendor to reconfigure cubicles.

• Daily walk-throughs of sales floor and backroom to make sure all obstructions were clear to provide a safe environment for customers and staff during daily operations, and to locate stashed or possible lost merchandise.
• Monitor and audit a percentage of sales transactions and review of records from previous transactions within the week or month to find internal theft by associates.
• Performed undercover operations to observe large fencing operations within the area and to work closely with local law enforcement to apprehend and prosecute all perpetrators.

Jacksonville, Florida Area

• Responsible for layup of multiple types of composite projects all the way thru to final inspection.
• Also but not limited to mold making, large autoclave operation, bridge port operation, final paint.
• Inventory control for dated materials.
• Use of prepreg and wet layup
• Familiar with proper layup orientation of specific types of composites.
• Worked with Carbon fiber, Kevlar, Phenolic, Fiber Glass, Honey Comb Core, Vacuum Bagging and Infusion techniques.

Jacksonville, Florida Area

• Responsible for all types of carpentry, including framing to final trim work and demolition for residential remodeling and new construction projects throughout downtown Jacksonville, FL.
• Supervised 2 helpers and other subcontractors on multiple job sites.
• Maintained and repaired 50+ units though out Jacksonville, FL.
